Our team of experts have a combined 60 years in the automotive industry. Our President Pete Stratton has 30 years' experience alone. He has held many dealership positions including sales (where he had two 500 car years back to back) Sales Manager, Finance Manager, General Manager and for the last 13 years he has been an Internet Director. He figured it out that the industry was clearly going virtual and he wanted to understand the online buying experience. Let's face it over 97% of car buyers use the internet for research before making a decision on which cars they want to see. Because of a general feeling about the car shopping quest and dreaded experiences at dealerships consumers are only visiting 1.5 dealerships before they make a purchase. After 15 years Pete figured out that even though a consumer went through an internet department, the dealership still prospered and the customer still had to spend over 5 hours at the dealership on average.
